📦 Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 10:00 PM GST are processed the same business day (Monday–Sunday).
  • Orders placed after the cutoff time or during public holidays are processed the next business day.

Standard Shipping 1–2 business days AED 20 (Free for orders above AED 250)
Express Shipping Within 2 hours AED 30

Delivery times begin after order processing. Delays caused by weather conditions, holidays, or courier issues are not guaranteed.

📍 Tracking & Delivery

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
  • You can track your shipment directly through the courier’s website using this tracking number.

⚠️ Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Recipient not available
  • Refusal to accept the package

The order will be returned to our facility. A AED 20 re-delivery fee will apply.

🪪 Age Verification

All deliveries require age verification (18+) upon receipt.
Customers must present a valid Emirates ID or passport at the time of delivery.

We accept the following payment options:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) across the UAE
  • Bank Transfer

  • All transactions are secured using SSL encryption technology.
  • We do not store or process any credit card details on our systems.

❌ Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement, provided they have not yet been processed.

  • All prices are displayed in AED (UAE Dirham).
  • No additional hidden charges are applied at checkout unless stated.
