Returns

1. Eligibility for Returns

   • Products must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

   • Items must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging with all seals intact.

   • Due to the nature of vape products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Non-Returnable Items

   • Opened or used vape liquids, coils, pods, or batteries.

   • Sale items or clearance items.

   • Any product that is damaged due to misuse or negligence.

3. How to Initiate a Return

   • Contact our customer service team at vapearabia@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

   • Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is defective or damaged.

   • Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return authorization.

Refunds

1. Refund Process

   • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

   • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days back to your original payment method.

2. Partial Refunds

   • Partial refunds may be granted for items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts.

3. Shipping Costs

   • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

   • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong or defective product).
