📦 Order Processing

• Orders placed before 08:00 PM GST are processed the same business day (Monday–Sunday).
• Orders placed after the cutoff time are processed the next business day.

🚀 Shipping Methods & Fees

Delivery times begin after order processing. Delays caused by weather conditions, holidays, or courier issues are not guaranteed.

📍 Tracking & Delivery

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification via WhatsApp.
  

⚠️ Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

• Incorrect address
• Recipient not available
• Refusal to accept the package

The order will be returned to our facility. A AED 20 re-delivery fee will apply.

🪪 Age Verification

All deliveries require age verification (18+) upon receipt.
Customers must present a valid Emirates ID or passport at the time of delivery.

• Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement, provided they have not yet been processed.
