* To ensure Same day delivery/Express delivery, please place your order between 8am and 9pm. The delivery Cut off time is between 10pm and 10:30pm. If you order after 9pm, your order will be delivered the next day and the 30 AED Charge will not be refunded.

It is important to thoroughly check your shipping address and contact details before placing an order. Any mistakes in these details can result in delays or returned orders. In the event that you have received a defective, damaged, or incomplete order, please contact us via email immediately. Please note that any claims made after 24 hours or more will not be accepted.

In order to proceed with a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was initially received, and it should be in its original packaging. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

 * Kindly be aware that there is a no return or exchange policy for Flavor goods such as E-juices or Flavor Pods.

* Please note that we are unable to accept returns for items that are not in their original condition, have missing parts, or have been damaged for reasons unrelated to our error.
