* To ensure Same day delivery/Express delivery, please place your order between 8am and 9pm. The delivery Cut off time is between 10pm and 10:30pm. If you order after 9pm, your order will be delivered the next day and the 30 AED Charge will not be refunded.

In order to proceed with a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was initially received, and it should be in its original packaging. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

* Please note that we are unable to accept returns for items that are not in their original condition, have missing parts, or have been damaged for reasons unrelated to our error.
